1. Scope of Services
MK-Vector delivers digital presence development, graphic design, data handling, workflow automation, and custom technical solutions. All client engagements are executed pursuant to custom written proposals or milestone statements confirming requirements, timelines, deliverables, and fees.
2. Prototypes & Portfolio Demonstrations
Public items showcased on this website labeled as Prototypes or Internal Projects are architectural demonstrations designed to verify capabilities. They do not represent commercial client endorsements or turnkey commercial SaaS deployments unless explicitly stated.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full settlement of agreed project fees, custom deliverables created specifically for the client are assigned according to the governing proposal. MK-Vector retains ownership of pre-existing scripts, generic code utilities, and modular internal frameworks developed independently.
4. Independent Partners
Services listed under our Partners & Collaborations network (such as Teffill or Lakshmi Photographics) are performed by independent providers. MK-Vector coordinates connections but does not assume direct contractual liability for independent third-party physical installations.
